Thank you for your interest in the Employee PTO Donation Program.  This is a wonderful program that offers associates the opportunity to donate PTO hours from their own available PTO balance to assist a co-worker who has been adversely affected by an illness, accident, natural disaster, or other event or emergency.  Your donation will support a team member when they need help.  Please note – this program applies to PTO hours only.  Floating Holiday hours cannot be donated.

To authorize a transfer of PTO hours to a specific team member, please complete the form below with the required information.  When the form is complete, review the acknowledgement below and click SUBMIT to agree and process your donation.

Please note that once your PTO Donation request has been submitted to Payroll, the process cannot be reversed due to a change of mind.

All donation submissions will receive an email confirmation.  On a weekly basis, the PTO donation requests received are sent to payroll and allocated to the specific team member indicated on your submission form.  The PTO hours donated will not be reflected in MyADP under the associates “PTO Donation” balance until their next payroll paycheck processes.

Donated PTO hours are converted to dollars then reallocated based on the recipients individual PTO (hourly) rate.  In other words, if your hourly rate is higher than the recipient, they may receive more hours.  If your hourly rate is lower, then they will receive fewer hours.
