ELIGIBILITY: The “Camping World SMS Giveaway” (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by FreedomRoads, LLC and CWI, Inc. (collectively, “Sponsor” or “Sponsors”). Sweepstakes entry begins September 15, 2022 to September 14, 2023 at 11:59 PM ET (the “Sweepstakes Entry Period”).  Sweepstakes is open to legal U.S. residents, (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico), who are 18 years of age or older, or of the age of majority (whichever is older) in their state of residence at the time of entry and have a valid driver’s license in their state of residence. Employees, temporary employees, independent contractors, interns and their immediate families (spouses and parents, siblings and children and their spouses) or members of the same household (whether related or not) of Sponsor, Administrator, Promotional Partners and each of their affiliates, subsidiaries or parent companies, their respective employees, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, members, successors, assigns, each of their respective marketing agencies and any other companies involved with the design, production, execution or distribution of this Sweepstakes are NOT eligible to enter.

HOW TO ENTER: There is only one (1) way to enter the Sweepstakes. Visit rv.campingworld.com (the “Website”) and (a) register to become an SMS subscriber (“SMS Subscriber”) to receive future SMS marketing messages from Sponsor. After receiving from Sponsor the initial welcome SMS message with a link to the website go.campingworld.com/attentive-gaw (the “Link”), (b) click the Link and complete giveaway entry form. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.  Participants must be opted-in to receive SMS marketing messages at the time of each drawing to be eligible to win; participants who opt-out of SMS marketing messages will be automatically removed from future prize drawings. Participants may submit an Entry Giveaway Form a maximum of one (1) time during each Sweepstakes Entry Period, regardless of the number of email addresses or phone numbers the participant may own. Only entries that have completed the required fields and are submitted by an eligible participant during the Entry Period are eligible for the prize drawings.  Limit one prize per participant. Sponsor, Administrator, and their agencies are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information whether caused by participant, typographical errors, printing errors, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes.

PRIZES: There are four (4) Grand Prizes of Twenty-five Thousand Dollars ($25,000) each, with one Grand Prize allocated to each of the four Entry Periods, described in the chart below.  Total ARV of all prizes: $100,000.  There will be four (4) Entry Periods during the Sweepstakes Entry Period. The $25,000 prize is a credit towards an RV purchase at Camping World. The Prize Winner may use up to $25,000 on the purchase of an RV of their choice at their nearest Camping World. The Prize Winner will be responsible for the financing of the remaining balance of the RV if the cost of the RV exceeds $25,000. Any remaining balance of the credit will be forfeited and cannot be redeemed for cash. No cash or other substitution or transfer of prize, except by Sponsor, as described below.  No more than one Grand Prize will be awarded each Entry Period.  Limit one (1) prize per participant.

All federal, state and local laws apply.  Each Grand Prize Winner will receive an IRS form 1099 for the approximate retail value of the prize.  All federal, state and/or local taxes and any other costs associated with the Grand Prize are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner. Expenses incurred in claiming and using Grand Prize are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner.  No substitution or transfer/assignment of Grand Prize by Grand Prize Winner permitted.  If the Grand Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute Grand Prize with prize of equal or greater value.

DETERMINATION OF GRAND PRIZE WINNER: The Sweepstakes consists of four (4) Entry Periods (the “Entry Periods”) during the Sweepstakes Entry Period.  There will be one prize drawing per Entry Period for a total of four (4) prize drawings. On the Drawing Date corresponding to each Entry Period identified below, the Administrator will conduct a random prize drawing from all eligible entries received by the Entry Period Deadline:

ODDS OF WINNING: Odds of winning a Prize during each Entry Period are determined by the number of eligible entries received from the official method of entry during corresponding Entry Period.

GENERAL:  Potential Winners will be subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with Official Rules. Each potential Grand Prize Winner will be notified by phone call and/or email no later than seventy-two (72) hours after the end of the Entry Period. If Winner fails to respond to Sponsor within 48 hours of notification, Winner shall forfeit Prize and Sponsor may select an alternate Winner from the remaining eligible entries based upon the rules set forth herein. Each Potential Grand Prize Winner will be required to sign and notarize an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release (except where prohibited by law) and return it within 48 hours of contact or an alternate winner will be selected by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries received.  Noncompliance within specified time period or return of the winner notification as undeliverable or a determination that any Potential Winner is ineligible will result in disqualification of that Potential Winner. By submitting your entry into the Sweepstakes, you are opting-in to SMS marketing messages Sponsor. All entries become the exclusive property of the Sponsor and will not be (returned or) acknowledged.  By entering, participants agree to be bound by the Official Rules of the Sweepstakes.

Grand Prize Winner is responsible for RV registration, license, title and insurance fees and for all costs associated with any available upgrade/option packages and any other expenses related to the acceptance and use of the prize not specified herein. Grand Prize Winner must take delivery of the RV within thirty (30) days of notice of availability from the Camping World dealership location near Grand Prize Winner’s residence designated by Sponsor, or the RV will be forfeited. Grand Prize Winner shall be required to: (i) personally accept delivery of the RV at the designated Camping World dealership location, (ii) present adequate personal identification, (iii) provide proof of possessing a valid U.S. automobile driver’s license, and (iv) provide appropriate automobile motor vehicle insurance to the designated Camping World dealership location prior to taking possession of the RV. Releasees are not responsible for delays in delivery of the RV.

Grand Prize Winner shall bear all risk of loss or damage to his/her/their RV after he/she/they has taken delivery of the RV. Exact model, color, and options of RV and exact RV to be awarded are at the sole discretion of Sponsor and subject to availability from manufacturer. The Grand Prize RV pictured in any advertising surrounding this Sweepstakes may not be the actual prize awarded.

EXCEPT AS STATED IN THE MANUFACTURER’S LIMITED WARRANTY FOR THE RV, THE RELEASEES MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN FACT OR IN LAW, RELATIVE TO THE USE OR ENJOYMENT OF THE RV, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THEIR QUALITY, MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

RELEASE: By participating in the Sweepstakes and/or accepting any prize, participants, winner/recipient (and their families) release and hold harmless, Sponsor, Administrator, and each of their respective shareholders, directors, members, successors, assigns, parents, partners, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, agents, employees, promotional partners, advertising agencies, and all others associated with the development and execution of the Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind (including, without limitation, personal injury, death, and/or property damage, as well as claims, where lawful, based on publicity rights, defamation, and/or invasion of privacy) in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, those arising, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, out of participation in the Sweepstakes, or from acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize awarded in connection with the Sweepstakes.  By accepting a prize, prize winner grants to Sponsor and its advertising and promotions agencies the right to use his/her name, likeness, hometown and biographical information, for any lawful purpose, in perpetuity, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter developed, without further permission or compensation, except where prohibited by law.

GOVERNING LAW; DISPUTES:  EACH PARTICIPANT AGREES THAT:  (I) ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THIS CONTEST OR ANY PRIZE AWARDED SHALL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION, AND EXCLUSIVELY BY THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT IN CHICAGO, ILLINOIS (II) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND AWARDS SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED, INCLUDING COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH ENTERING THIS SWEEPSTAKES BUT IN NO EVENT ATTORNEYS’ FEES; AND (III) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL A PARTICIPANT BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN AWARDS FOR AND PARTICIPANT HEREBY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO CLAIM PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES AND ANY OTHER DAMAGES, OTHER THAN FOR ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET EXPENSES, AND ANY AND ALL RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED. EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, ALL ISSUES CONCERNING THE CONSTRUCTION, VALIDITY AND ENFORCEMENT OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES, OR THE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTICIPANT AND SPONSOR, SHALL BE CONSTRUED AND GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, WITHOUT REGARD TO CONFLICTS OF LAW RULES THAT MAY CAUSE THE APPLICATION OF A LAW OTHER THAN THE LAW OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS.

RESTRICTIONS AND DISCLAIMERS:  Only entries that have completed the required fields are eligible for the Sweepstakes. Each participant is eligible to submit a total of four (4) entries as described in these Official Rules.  Persons entering or attempting to enter more than the allowed number of times will be disqualified.  Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations, and logins, or any other methods will void that participant’s entries and that participant may be disqualified. Should multiple users of the same phone number or email account enter the Sweepstakes and a dispute arises regarding the identity of the participant, the authorized subscriber of the account, at the time of entry, will be considered the participant, and determined in the Administrator’s discretion.  The definition of an account subscriber is the natural person who is assigned a phone number a telecommunications provider by or email address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization, which is responsible for assigning email addresses or the domain associated with the submitted email address.  No more than the number of prizes set forth in these official rules will be awarded. Entries not legitimately submitted in accordance with these rules are void.  Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification.  A POTENTIAL WINNER IS SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR OR ADMINISTRATOR, WHOSE DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING.  A PARTICIPANT IS NOT A WINNER OF ANY PRIZE UNLESS AND UNTIL SAID PARTICIPANT’S ELIGIBILITY AND THE POTENTIAL WIN HAS BEEN VERIFIED AND SAID PARTICIPANT HAS BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE AND ANY DOCUMENTATION NECESSARY FOR VERIFICATION HAS BEEN SUBMITTED TO SPONSOR OR SPONSOR’S DESIGNEE FOR VERIFICATION.  SPONSOR WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY OTHER EVIDENCE OF A WIN IN LIEU OF ITS VALIDATION PROCESS. No transfer, assignment or substitution of a prize will be permitted.  All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.  Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Sweepstakes or in the announcement of the prize.

DISQUALIFICATION / TERMINATION:  Released Parties are not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable network server or other connections, miscommunications, failed telephone or computer or telephone or cellular transmissions or technical failure, jumbled, scrambled or misdirected transmissions, or other error of any kind whether human, mechanical or electronic, including those resulting from the efforts of hackers. Any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or like means to enter the Sweepstakes is prohibited and will void all such affected entries. Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this Sweepstakes, and persons entering or attempting to enter more than once, as determined by the judges, will be disqualified.  In the event any portion of this Sweepstakes is compromised by virus, bugs, hackers, non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor, its affiliated companies, participating sponsors, information providers, content providers, subsidiaries, advertisers, advertising agencies, promotional and marketing agencies, and any other companies involved with or otherwise providing services related to this Sweepstakes which, in the opinion of Sponsor, corrupts, or impairs the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, at its discretion, to suspend or terminate the Sweepstakes.  Released Parties are not responsible for any entry that is generated by computer hardware or software, malfunction, error or failure, or is tampered with or subject to any non-authorized human intervention.  Sponsor reserves the right to cancel the entire Sweepstakes or modify the Sweepstakes, if fraud destroys the integrity of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor or Administrator, in its sole discretion. In the event of such cancelation Sponsor shall award the remaining prizes via a random drawing from among all eligible entries received as of the date of termination. Any attempt by an participant to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such participant to the fullest extent permitted by law.

PRIVACY: Any personally identifiable information collected during participant’s participation in this Sweepstakes will be collected by Sponsor or Administrator and used by Sponsor, administrator and their affiliates, agents and marketers for purposes of the proper administration and fulfillment of the Sweepstakes as described in these Official Rules and in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy as stated at: https://www.campingworld.com/helpcenter-ourpolicies/privacyPolicy.html
